Session Beer Recipe

Here's the recipe for a Special Bitter that's in kegerator #1

5 lbs. 2-row

2 lbs. munich

.5 lbs. Crystal 60

.25 lbs. Carapils

.5 oz Magnum 60 min.

.75 oz Kent Goldings  30 min.

.75 oz Kent Goldings  15 min.

This turned out to be a tasty session beer at 4.5% ABV, with just enough hop bitterness.

Kegged and force-carbed another 5 gallon batch this afternoon.  Planning on tasting it this weekend..... nice golden color and 6.5% ABV.
