As a homebrewer, I have usually failed to write down recipes and procedures as I plan and brew. This blog will be an attempt to organize my brewing life and maybe connect with other brewers and beer drinkers.
I have been brewing for about 10 months and have moved from extracts to all-grain brewing. I have an ordinary bitter in kegerator #1, an "alt ale" ready to be kegged as soon as my new co2 regulator arrives and an ESB in the primary. Inspired by an article in the latest BYO, I'm considering a blonde ale for my weekend batch.
